ALL OUR FEES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT

Sole Agency – 1.7%

We are exclusively appointed as the sole agent for the agreed Period of contract with you.

Multi Agency – 2%

We are appointed as one of the two agents exclusively for the specified Period of contract with you.

• Full valuation and market appraisal
• PDF document containing written information, measurements, professional photographs and floor plans
• Our Sales board
• Premium Listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Facebook, Instagram and our own website
• Your property will be matched to our wide database of buyers
• All enquiries are vetted and dealt with by our qualified team
• All property viewings booked and followed up for further feedback
• Regular updates to our landlords for marketing progress
• Negotiating offers and preparing memorandum of sale paperwork to all parties
• Dedicated point of contact to progress sale
• Regular communication and management all the way through to a successful completion

You will pay our 1.7% fee only once completion of the sale has been completed and the funds of the property sale are with your solicitors. There are no other fees to pay whatsoever.
